'Metal Large Ovoid Earring
Celebrate the sacred geometry of Northwest Coastal formline, an art form rooted in the natural world and Indigenous knowledge. These are part of our sacred geometry, my late grandfather used to tell us that all shapes you find in our art you can find on the land. They are a cross-cultural symbol used as eyes and parts of the body of animals, humans, and others. Using them in our jewelry is a contemporary way to honor and wear formline, it is part of the fabric of continuing culture and finding meaning and purpose for our ancient ancestral shapes in present time and for the future. We are part of that futuristic thread of cultural continuation.
